who do you reckon will get those final spots?

Womens Champs
Cambridge v Bristol
Exeter v Birmingham

Mens Champs
Durham v Loughborough
Manchester v Exeter

Mens Trophy
Leeds Met v Birmingham
Cambridge v Cardiff

Womens Trophy
Newcastle v Durham 2nds
Bristol 2nds v Oxford 2nds

Heart obviously says Loughborough, surprisingly enough head says Durham.

Have heard lots of good things about Manchester but would love to see Exeter make the final. They've put together a great programme and it shows what you can achieve in a short period of time with the right set up. Their victory over Hallam in the quarters was a bit of a landmark for the South.

Either way I hope both the games are good. If anyone there sees fit to update us with the scores on here as it happens I would appreciate it.

News via text -Durham 18-3 Lboro in Men's.

Durham dressed 11 due to injuries sustained in club trip to Amsterdam.

cambridge beat bristol by one goal with 2.5 mins left in 2nd half of extra time...
