How are these? Found them on TLF.

I don't think this saddle gives any real advantage, it seems to be one of the "rock-it pocket" gimmicks. That's where this fad came from anyhow, and from what I read people usually get redirected to the rock-it site to study the pictures :) It generally loosk like a bunch of double interlocks close together.

I like to string and I like to help my fellow stringers. Drop me a line if you need help, be it stringing mesh pockets, custom pockets, repairs etc.

Great stringer with very detailed and high quality videos - Pita pocket / Focket Pocket (Fake Rocket Pocket) / Landing Strip and other variations.

WestonfromColorado on youtube. link to one of his vidoes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iu5DE7Lz ... re=related

well worth a look.

Just (re)stumbled upon the E-lacrosse stick tech archive, and its got loads of good stuff in it, thought I'd bump it in the thread again:

http://e-lacrosse.com/content/stick-tech/

Also I'm putting together a sort of presentation for a stringing workshop for next years fresher intake and got to the shooting string placement and realised I didn't really know why I put my shooters where I do, its just where feels 'right'...

Is there any rhyme or reason for where and why the shooters are placed relative to the pocket? anybody know of an article somewhere that explains it and the effects of different shooting string spacings(eg 1 diamond vs next to each other or 2 diamonds apart)?

Been meaning to post this guy up for a while, another youtube channel; http://www.youtube.com/user/EastCoastDyes

He makes his own mesh and strings heads to order, goes through how he's done the sidewalls on each of them and what kind of pocket this creates in the head. My suggestion: find a video with the head/pocket style you want to string and watch it and copy it. enjoy

http://laxallstars.com/traditional-thur ... -tutorial/ an interesting trad topstring that allows the trad to be transferred from 1 head to another more easily, and a name caught my attention from the article as well....

either way it's produced by somebody related to this site: http://www.meshwizard.eu/en/ might be useful for any European forum members, esp if they hail from more easterly climes (it's based in Poland judging by the LAS article and the contact address). Hopefully there will be more video's to follow at a later date :)
