The easton raptor is such a nice helmet, I don't think any other helmet beats it on visibility, fit, comfort and weight.
Though i've found that it hurts more taking a stick check to the head, though head on head bumps shake me up less.

I've also had my raptors panels begin to unglue, but that could just be a one off fault.


This recall due to manufacturing problem is a such a set back in this cascade dominated market. As it is such a good helmet and really gives a feel no other helmets offer.

I say Pro7...i believe it is a much higher performance helmet

Why not try both on and see what you prefer.

I have a CPXR and love it.

I will be at Southern County Tournament 31st March, SEMLA Flags 21st April, and SEMLA Sixes 28th April. Call by and have a chat and if you want to try the helmet on that's fine with me.
