Universal pitch markings

Our uni pitch is being remarked this year to accommodate the women's teams on there as well as the men's, but I'm just wondering what the best approach would be in light of the new universal markings.
Does anyone have a copy of the proposed markings that they could send over please? I remember that the FIL website had a list of changes and proposed introduction dates, but their website's down at the moment.
