Good instructional video from the Messiah Lacrosse College Goalie Camp in the US.

http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=m ... =2&start=0

It goes through the differnent arcs, positioning, stepping, and one-on-ones

Also a cool bit on goalie wars.

Here's what they say bout it
"A informative training video for lacrosse goalies (2004). Made by Justin Moe, Jerry Standford, and Reed Horanburg. Messiah College Lacrosse"
