I am 28 years old and stopped playing basketball in 8th grade. My brother, 17, just finished his junior year of High School basketball season and is working his butt off to get recruited.
I want to do everything I can to help him. I am in shape. Last off season the only thing I was really able to help him with was rebounding and we would play inside/post up 1 on 1 as i am a bit taller and bigger.
My questions is what else can I do this off season to help him get better? What are some other drills we can run? Thanks in advance for any responses.
