South Over 40's

Gentlemen

Just trying to gauge interest for a South over 40's team to enter the Manchester 8's on 17th to 19th May 2013.

Squad if 12 would be good.

I'd been keen, subject to getting the Friday off work and her indoors not working over that weekend.

I was looking at events in May and this seems to be the only thing going on.
Are there no BNC's in 2013? If there is, is that another possible competition to enter an over 40's team?

Glad you're keen. Not sure there are games on the Friday - just the start of the festival. Will find out and confirm.

If we definitely have a squad up for BNC I can approach the organiser to find out if we could be included.

Bath 8's would be fun as I've not played there for years and in theory could play (her indoors permission pending). I can't make BluesFest this year.

Do both... bluesfest being a two day event would give people an idea of whats expected... any clues on costings?

The sceptics haven't even agreed the age bands yet. Let alone costs. Guesstimate about £1500. That's if we can get any one to insure you !!

This is because the age groups from last world championships have been retained.
