Injured

Postby sj247 Mon Apr 30, 2012 12:53 pm

Had surgery two days ago reconstructing my Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my knee using a Hamstring graph. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar injury?
Obviously I won't be playing for quite some time, but I want to use the time to improve my stick skills. Any idea's, except the obvious wall-ball?

Where are you based? I'm guessing Kent by your sig?

PM me if you want me to put you in touch with a top class physio who will help manage your recovery. The more you can do in the early stages the better the outcome will be.
