Blackheath Tigers Mixed 8s Tournament

Mixed 8 a side (4 girls minimum) tournament, 15th August, 12pm.
The Walker Ground, Barnet, London.
£65 per team entry.

This is a great, laid back tournament for the experienced to dust the cobwebs off the sticks in the summer sun and for the not-so-experienced to play alongside them. Clubhouse open for drinks afterwards.

I know this thread is a year old, but I'm only resuscitating it in order to say thanks to the organisers of THIS year's Tiger Tournament, which was held at the Walker Ground on Sunday 14th August 2011. A great day of mixed lacrosse, which also featured some very braves chaps who had taken on a challenge to try forty-six new sports over the summer!

The eventual tournament champions were the Southend Superhawks, who emerged victorious in the final by the narrowest of margins, seeing off the Teddington Pterodactyls by two goals to one. Hopefully both teams will enter the upcoming mixed tournament at blues on September 17th.

Unfortunately no SouthEnd SuperHawks at the blues Tournament, we are missing too many players due to men's pre-season, an old girls match and various other events, otherwise it would have been a good one! Cheers too from the Superhawks for a great tournie!
