so exam results out soon and decisions on the next 3-5 years of your life need to be made!!

academics and lacrosse :?:

Where are you have ypu decided to go, will you play for uni or travel to old club? put what your doing and maybe current uni capt's can get in touch and give you details of pre-season ( ) stuff etc

Sheff Uni - looking strong for next season, need more experienced players to fill a few voids left by graduation and placements etc.

Good Academics - if you are a bit slow go to Hallam-you can still play! (and most of the team go there anyway to study PE.)

Great lacrosse, american coach and currently at least 5 people involved in the England 2006 set up are ex Tanger players - what more of a testimonial is that!

Don't travel back to your old club - you'll be back before you reach 21 by which time you will have learnt how to run and develop your own club, training, finances, social events etc. Your club will value you you more on your return - guarantee it!!

Oh yeah and at Sheffield - you can then apply to the strict selection process of Jedi Lax (have you got enough money for the kit?).
I was once part of the winning Pop Lacrosse team that defeated Wigan in the 1992 Greater Manchester Youth Games.

Here's a 150 second video about how to earn more money with me

hmmm, well dont think we were hiding behind our women (aint as large as those from lufbra..... or so i've heard) 3-0 to birmingham vs lufbra makes very happy reading indeed!!!

As for warwick, no morrel could make it hard for u lot. If Notts take it seriously, they could definitely win it!!!

Back to the original thread, i think with the large growth in uni lax, it doesn't matter too much where u go, as long as u like the place (there's my two pence worth anyway)

AHHHH but Sourz, the stats say we won 3-0...

Admittedly, we did get a bit lucky at your place

Yeh, good to see Staffs starting up... Scaffolding.. may have to get a hickory for that one! Grats on the effort and welcome to the league!

if you want to play in a good standard of mens lacrosse, you have two options, sheffield university/hallam, or nottingham, both Div 2 north league. not too sure how well our ladys are doing or the mixed, but they went to dublin fest and had a good few games.

social side in sheffield is great too, but thats uni for you!

He only played 2 league games for us this season both vs lufbra! although his behind the scenes presence will be missed. Will be a great league to be involved in next year

I recommend Sheffield if you never tire of pluggin your own uni, and those in the near vicinity with almost identical posts on many threads!

You mean you're actually gonna get off your ass and play some regular lacrosse and not just the once a year turn out at Pompey 8's!!

Probably best to get in touch with Chippie, but I'll put in a good word, I promise!
