Knights Lacrosse UK Elite Travel team U16

Knights Lacrosse Uk Elite Travel team is something I have been thinking about for a few years now and I am planning on entering a team into the U16 World Games Tournament next year. I hope this will be the debut of an Elite Travel team that will go on to enter showcase US Summer Recruitment tournaments and play against the top travel teams and players in the US such as Baltimore Crabs, CNY Roadhawks, Long Island Express, NH Tomahawks & Topgun.
The Knights would use the same model as the already successful Summer travel/Elite teams in the US, this will help to improve UK players by receiving Elite UK based coaching (at each position including Faceoff) and playing against the best competition in the UK, Europe, America and Canada. You will also be playing in showcase tournaments in front of College Coaches from DI, DII & DIII teams.
This will start as an U16 team but will be an U18/U19 team in future years and will give players the opportunity to play at a high level even if they miss out at playing in a World Games at U19 level (we would not tour the US in the same year as an U19 World Games).
The Team would hold tryouts and is open to any players from England, Scotland, Wales & Europe.
Practice would then be held before the games in the Manchester area.
If you are playing U16 lacrosse this year you would qualify to play in next years Tournament for the knights, id just like to gage who would be interested in playing for the team and then will progress on this basis.
What do you think of the idea?, would you be interested in improving your Fitness, Speed and agility, Technique, stickwork and experience?. To play in the US against the best players in the country at your age group and maybe even get recruited by a US high School or College?
