Mens 8-aside Tournament
Saturday 8th May
Entry Fee: £60, £10 discount for teams bringing a ref.
We're looking to get 16 team tournament with a plate and trophy competition to give everyone plenty of gametime. If the interest is there for more teams, we will try and accomodate.

Ladies Tournament
Sunday 9th May
Entry Fee: £60, £15 discount for teams bringing an umpire.
We're planning for a 12 team tournament. Format to be confirmed, possibly 2 mini leagues with playoffs.

As every year, it will be an super day out and well worth travelling down for.
I will try and keep this thread updated with news as best as i can.

We've had plenty of interest but less application forms returned. It would be extremely helpful if you could return the forms asap!

UWIC are hopefully joining with Penarth and will be looking to bring 1 maybe 2 squads..
Will try get everything sorted ASAP!

For some reason I can't get the application form to open. The Sheep Leeks and Lax Ladies (cough) will definitely be there. We are also happy to ref, we are not qualified but experienced!
Is everyone staying on the sat for the usual apocolyptic smash session? :D

Final Details are being sent out to team contacts today.

Registration starts at 9:45 with first games to get underway at 10:30.

Tournament is to be played on grass with the usual 8 aside rules. Format is to 3 groups of 4 teams, followed by a playoff stage for the Trophy and the Plate.

There will be a burger van and a vendor selling kit.
