Stand out players in west 1

Postby Hickey7 Wed May 30, 2012 12:32 pm

As the title says: Have an opinion on stand out players in your league? Your team?

Show your thoughts? Who have been the danger men all year? Who has caused your team heartache? Which defenders have battered and bruised their way through the attack?

hmm maybe Lax forums members from West one are few and far between.

Well I enjoyed my first season in West one. Bath Firsts have been the dominant force, Will their face off chap is the only person to go 50/50 with me if not maybe more in the first game.

Their attack were good and so were their defense. That being said - Pej from Southampton is a decent middi.

Warwick had a decent middi, wales helmet, liked underarms on the run.

Birmingham's attack were good - especially their captain, south Uni's helmet.

Ive missed out a few others, but cant think of suitable descriptions. :)

I think it was 55 from Bath, think it was their captain and mostly their face off guy (they alternated) who was a machine. Also 88 i think it was, a much younger guy was excellent

Who are the Stand Out Coaches?

Does every team have a Coach?

and just to preempt... don't say Bulloch's or Magic Bus

bath: a well rounded team with lots of experience in att/mid/def and lots of talented young players doing the running...
pretty dominant on face with will and ken, and a standout LDO caton

Ports had a couple of good attackers...

warwick usual hardworking team, keeper is def a talent in the long running history of warwick keepers

bham...usual suspects....chris white and hatman were a great pick ups and the 2 japaneese players whenever available....but a strong team overall

Number 55 for Bath being myself i certainly cant see that being me you meant ;) The "machine" in our midfield and still probably one of the best face off men in south in my opinion, Number 56, Ken Murray is who you probably meant
