Postby willsk Fri Mar 11, 2011 4:29 pm

Hey guys,

Just curious if anyone knows of any teams in the Windsor or Buckinghamshire area. I'm currently playing for Portsmouth Uni but am on a placement next year so driving 2 hours every time i wanna play is not gnna be realistic. So if anyone knows of any teams in these areas please let me know so i can look into it.

Hi

You could try Epsom, it's not too far away and I know they'ld be most welcoming.

If you are based in Windsor Reading isn't too far. New players are always welcome.

More than welcome at Reading next year and over the summer too if you've moved by then! If you need any details feel free to get in touch.

Training is Tuesday nights 7pm-9pm and matches are obviously saturday!

I lived in Windsor for 20 plus years (and have also commuted to reading for work and lax), Reading is the easiest club to get to from there by quite a long way as it is the closest by road and doesn't suffer from the M25/London traffic issues [last mile is the worst bit] but including traffic it should only take about 35 minutes unless you are unlucky with the oxford road on saturdays!

Also got 2 teams so you can easily find your level or work your way up! As i say more than welcome!
