Has anyone else looked at the schedule which is for the whole month (which is a pdf) vs the other one for the week ahead. I have just looked through it and noticed some differences in times etc. Any one know which one is correct?

Anyway great to see lacrosse on the tv in the UK hopefully more games will be shown!!

I'm not convinced either are 100% correct, I did a search on the sky box for "lacrosse" and just selected them all for recording as I couldn't find what I was looking for when searching for the specific times. I hope if teh times shift the record function will adapt :? not had the sky box for long. anyone know the answer?

i have virgin +.....

you can look at the week guide and set any to record and it should pick up the right programme even if times change....

also found that you can hook up a dvd recorder box to the virgin box and record!

Trying to get non lax players into the game is quite tricky when the ball is so small and moves so fast, an HD image would certainly make things easier for those that don't naturally follow the game

"Give them The Moon and they want The Stars"

In the States the Final will be shown on ESPN-HD Semi-Finals on ESPN2-HD :D

We haven't got them yet :(

ESPN America coverage is fantastic, Super-Slow-Motion, overhead field-cam for Face-offs and EMOs similar to NFL coverage and there is usually a Coaches Corner segment where they emphasize an aspect of the game, Crease play/ off-ball play or whatever

Thank You ESPN America Image

not quite true :) I'm looking forward to being able to watch these at all, just haven't had a chance to chek out the quality of the coverage for myself yet, but always looking for an angle to convert the non laxers out there :)

cheers for posting the info btw, would never have known otherwise

I did this and when checked last night all but two had gone.. they have changed the shoeing times... for example... there was only Duke on tonite from 3am however there are now three consecutive games and they start at 00:00. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PLANNER.. I DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO MISS OUT.

that is all

Let's hope the Phillies can beat the Brewers quickly as there is a Live MLB game on before Lacrosse and they have been known to take a while

Thank God it's not Yankees vs Red Sox which could go 5 hours

On the bright side it looks like most games will be repeated at some point, only Army @ Syracuse is being shown once.

Is that because they hit the ball more? I went to watch a baseball game when in the states and it was just 3 hours of guys swinging and missing. It makes test cricket look like a sport for adrenaline junkies!

well its gone 12 and instead of recording duke v hopkins... I have the joy of watching some idiot in pinstripes trying to swat flies with a big wooden stick.... Its really not helping with the staying awake.. Cant understand why they advertise home of the NCAA and then show baseball on all their ESPN channels.... grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Yes, I too was fidgeting, what with all the irritating rituals, customs, habits, gestures and signals, but as the Phillies/Brewers score was 10-6, home team with all bases loaded at the bottom of the 9th inning, 2 men out, pinch-hitter in, it apparently became interesting. Phillies turned to their closing pitcher ( cue full biography of veteran player and his poor old mum, who was making her first trip out of Cuba to meet her son's family ) and screwed the game down to win on the brink of defeat. When I came to, JHU had taken to the field at Duke.

About Sky-Plus, I recommend clearing off all your old 24, Lost, Prison Break, and films to give plenty of space for rescheduling, then make sure you also record the programme following the advertised lacrosse coverage.

Hopefully this is old news, but the Denver/Stony Brook game is now being shown overnight 16th/17th 3am BST Sunday night/Monday, with the Mt St Mary/Virginia game following at 4.30am. Set your box to record both of the following Sports Centre programmes to avoid disappointment.

Could always try a non-lax friend. I went round to my mates (who's got full virgin media package) to watch the denver stony brook repeat yesterday afternoon.

I didn't think of that, I'll have to have a think of who might have ESPN America though :-S
