Blood Shirt at International Tournaments
Am I right in saying the blood shirt can be any number? Or does it have to be #99?
Re: Blood Shirt at International Tournaments
Blood shirt?
I'm assuming this is a shirt used in case a player's shirt is soiled by blood?

According to FIL Bylaws, the blood shirt is #99. There is no rule in the FIL rule book however.
