SportsNation

SportsNation

Magazine sports show on ESPN America starring Michelle Beadle (hot) and Colin Cowerd

They was a winners and losers slot from the weekend

The showed Loser - Goalies
NLL footage of Phil Sanderson (Toronto Rock) scoring by diving from behind goal and jamming in it vs Calgary Roughnecks
Michelle then goes on to say she has never been to a lacrosse game, co-host asks her to go on twitter and she will get a date from someone to take her to a game :D

Nice goal but not that special, maybe a chance ESPN will show more exciting goals as season progresses.

there's a Lax stick in this weeks episode of sherlock, in the private school (~half an hour in). Looks like a fairly well beaten in harrow 1 piece stick
Currently M.I.A. - I'll be back.

This months Mens; Fitness magazine has quotes from an England U19 conditioning coach. He also advises using a lacrosse ball on tight chest muscles between works outs.

Bet he was world class.

Lax balls are a well known tool for self myofascial release, but are not widely recommended in the UK due to a lack of availability/exposure to the sport. UK physios tend to recommend tennis balls or hockey balls.
