I think you'll find almost everything I think of will be another incentive to donate (like for example those people who donate don't see the adverts on the site, but those who don't donate do - cos if everyone donated we'd not have to have adverts on here, so those that do why should they have to see them on every page?)

Ah you've been thinking about this a lot. I'm impressed!

Might be a good idea to let the whole database know of these incentives, as I don't think I would've found out otherwise.

I will do when it's what I consider fully finished (likely to be mid to end of next month, as I can't work on it until feb), and also when I remember what all the changes are, and have sorted out all the incentives for different things!

As far as I'm concerned there are still a whole bunch of bugs to be worked out, and so we're still in a transition stage. To use the latest web lingo for seemingly everything now, you could say we're in a kind of early beta stage (alpha would have been when only a few of us were using - also went over to the new style cos I've been using for a while and it just looks so much nicer, and twas tricky keeping two versions current esp when I never was using one of them!), i dare say the release candidate wont be around for long before i go to the final version and these announcements are made!

I think its better than the old site BUT i also reckon it would be better if you could use either the "design an avatar" OR a photo/ image as before.

i agree, id prefer the ability to have my old pic back, i dont like the fat thighed wench. i also dont like that people r just writing any old crap to get loads of gold.
