USLacosse is the NGB for lacrosse in the USA they provide a number of resources online to help the development of the game.

4-on-4 Pressure Drill
Force pressure as passes are made.

Form Shooting
Force players to shoot on the run with great hip turn and balance.

Handling Defensive Pressure
Teach your players to work for the ball and create turnovers quickly.

Midfield 4-on-3 Alley
Work the clears down the sidelines and force a long slide out of the defense.

Pitch and Pursuit
Ride long poles to the alley and force long passes or turnover opportunities in transition.

Six Line Shooting Drill
Get lots of players involved in shooting drills, make the movements game-like and work a rotation from the X position.
