Always always ALWAYS make sure you have enough time.

I like to start with having one of our middies (has to be the same guy each time or I have a hissy fit) run around shooting coming in no closer than the inner fan for about 20 minutes or so.

Then I have him come in close and put 5 in each corner, 5hole and both hips.

Next have him come from X and pull some slow fakes to get my eye in.

Follow that up with some passes from the crease to the end of the goal line to loosen up my shoulders for clears....

After that the attack tend to decide they need to get their eye in and try to injure me

I make sure every is watching and then I'll violently fap.
Someone once asked the Dalai Lama what surprises him most. This was his response:

"Man; because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then he dies having never really lived."

I was wondering if anyone listens to songs that pump them up before a game?
