Hi,
Are there any drills a keeper can do without a partner to fire balls at them?
Cheers

Re: Drills for Keeper (on own)
I like to go down to the pitch and give myself a target to hit with a clearing pass, such as get the ball to land in the corner of a far restrainer or what not to give me a better idea of how much power to put into a clear.
That aside I can't think of a great deal.. Wall ball of course and maybe put a few cones out and practice your dodges on them (always helpful for running the clear).

Get a machine that fires cricket balls at 90+mph replace the balls with lacrosse ones, point it towards the goal (not sure if this works) then stand in goal and hope for the best

You might laugh but the England goalies did this twice a week at Old Trafford (cricket ground) leading up to the World Games. Reason was that we don't have players that shoot 90mph+ in this country. They've obviously never seen Ben Mitchell shoot.

At first when I was typing this I was only having a joke but I can say, the more I think about it, it does seem like a good idea if done properly.
