PayPal has 100m members worldwide, what's the problem?

Paypal is the best way its got intergrated security and it runs plenty of checks.
If you want to send a cheque and wait for it to clear then let me know i'll do that for you but honestly paypal is secure and your dealing with me not some random on ebay.

Have used PayPal once before (to set up my LaxForums subscription actually!) but now they're claiming my password is not valid and asking for my credit card number as a security check - just seems a little bit dodgy, especially when I've already had someone attempt to steal my identity in order to try to commit fraud!

there are a lot of scammers out there. paypal will not ask you in an e-mail for your account details!

I get these e-mails to an address which isn't linked to my account, so scammer screwed up there!
