Re: 2012 ESPN Coverage of NCAA Lacrosse
Does anyone know if this will all be available on the ESPN player? Or if there is even an ESPN player as I may be making this up. I seem to remember hearing something about online access via subscription Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Predictions 21 Jan 2012
Just Prem as the SEMLA site is slightly out of date now so fixtures aren't up for the weekend. Winners in red. Hampstead vs Hitchin Hampstead nearly had a shock loss to Welwyn but managed to hang on. Hitchin got pumelled by Blues and will be looking to bounce back. Should be a cracker. I think Hitch...

Re: Results - Saturday 14 Jamuary 2012
No we all text/phone/email/laxforums our results to the fixtures sec who sends out an email on Sunday with all confirmed results and asks for any missing ones.
All the results that were in this Sunday were correct. The ones on the ELA site are just weird

Re: Results - Saturday 14 Jamuary 2012
Some serious discrepancies on the ELA results site to what's been posted here. I know only the selma results matter but how are the posted results there so off the mark? Here's what's shown on the site " SEMLA - Premier Divison Bristol Bombers 1 - 17 Spencer Cardiff Harlequins 5 - 5 Reading Wi...

Re: American Abroad Student Looking to Play
Hillcroft, Hampstead and Spencer are the 3 centrally based London clubs that play in the Premiership and are probably your best bets but there are number of very good teams on the outskirts too that are easy to get to by train (Walcountian Blues, Hitchin, Welwyn). Alternative Reading is 50mins from ...

Re: Durham Lacrosse Alumni Game - 8th December
I'm slightly confused. Did you mean the 8th of Jan? I don't think the 2nd poster was being sarcastic because if you are telling us to come watch a game 11 months from now that is slightly early to announce it...

Re: South or Counties
I think the county tournament is a good idea but for me it's an intermediary competition between the league and the BNCs. Yes it could be a stepping stone to the South team but to replace it completely would be a disaster. If the strongest county gets to represent the South then it is going to be Lo...

Re: South or Counties
Nab I'm not sure you seem to get the point. The teams that have competed the last few years (from when Ian Ballantine took over as head coach and continuing under Peter Barrett) have always been the best of the South that was willing to commit the time and effort into trialling, training and then pl...

Not sure Paul Terry has been playing recently. He wasn't there for either one of our games against them. Someone mentioned a golf injury.

Made sense until that bit. That's beer o'clock!
If something amazing happened, and Newcastle some how ended up in this so called "Super League", that would be one pretty late return home.
And you could be playing Brighton! (theoretical flight of fancy)

I've had my Kings IIs for a while and when it comes to flexibility and feel on your stick they are fantastic but you do sacrifice protection for that especially on the the thumb. Just got a new pair of Maybachs and while they have only had a couple of outings so far they seem fantastic. Much more pr...

Re: Shooting through
I have seen it happen twice and in both cases it was horribly obvious. Thankfully the 2nd time the player throwing the ball missed his intended target. We play a sport where, though uncommon, people have died from being hit by shots so for someone to deliberately do it is disgusting and I would stro...
