its a lot easier to run without a cup...before you get hit

i live in the deep south of the USA so getting a head shipped back isnt a problem and i definataly don't want a head that gets floppy in the heat (it can hit 100 out here, plus heavy humidity)

are we allowed to have died heads in high school lacrosse, cause I hear we cant and I dont remember seeing anyone with one
if not why arent we I heared it was to see cracks in the heads

my warrior P.O.S head got qiute crooked from me poke checking quite a few people, quite hard. I was wondering how to get it straight agian, I was told to boil it. is this a good idea?

What is a good, stiff defensive head? I have an STX AV8 and it is moderatly stiff, but I would like to know if there is anything better.

i have a homemade carbon fiber/wood laminate d-pole that my brother made cause he kept breaking the solid wood ones. its not to heavy and ive sent a few kids off the field from it. i like it better than my old metal one
