Re:

Hi Jon, I've heard a rumour that Croydon are thinking of putting a Summer Mini League together, hosted by Dave Arnot. Do you have any other information as to what's going on? I'd be interested in sorting out a team. I'm assuming we'll play matches on Saturday's. Do you know how many teams are inter...

I asked Peter on saturday and he indicated they are likely to be at Croydon's home ground (Foxbury) in Chislehurst (NR Bromley), Kent.
I'm sure confirmation of this will be posted & emailed in the next couple of days.

12-7 I believe. A tough game but lessons were learnt from the home defeat, worked some really nice goals.
Two reff's was a benefit.

Re: Maidstone 7: 5 Welwyn 2's

Personally really enjoyed the welwyn 2's goalkeeper young and with a lot of potential. not bad at lacrosse either. ahh, its good to see people finding love through lacrosse. Can confirm the Croydon - Blues score. Close game, well fought on their part and unfortunate we didnt hold our lead in...

Re:

Not sure as to why you have chosen to put experienced in inverted commas, all the players in training kit you saw on the sideline (including the guy in the sling) have been part of a team that went 8-1 in BUCS this year, winning their league in the process. So yes, we are experienced. Also it might...

Julius isnt making excuses, just stating that as a squad we were missing several players (Joe Johnson, Joe Nichol, Dave Arnot, Vinny Christiano to name a few) and this reflects on the field. With two of saturdays players on dispensations, two players with less than a handful of games between them, n...

Re: Re:

East 1: East Coast v Croydon- Have Croydon conceded ? We concede one match and you assume we're finished!!! :D We will have a team out, and we'll be going out to try to gain back some former honour and glory... I'm not denying it'll be a hard fought game though... I can confirm Croydon will be trav...

Wanted: those who just want to play some LAX!!

I ran 2 half term camps during my time at Croyden and had close to 100 kids at both! I wish this were still the case. A loss of regular players from last season but noticeably a lack of youth progressing from foxes has taken its toll this year, but Croydon are striving to improve this and wont go d...

There will definitely be a full game or several games; the format depends entirely on final numbers mate. Our pitch is marked and playable so If we have numbers around 30- 40 mark (total) then perfect for a full game with subs. If we have more (40 +) then we may break it up and do a few shorter 6 / ...
