I think its this one: England Vs. JHU To add something on topic 1) No idea if they're calling Set - it is very very quick! 2) Late hit - Not sure, with the slow mo of the video I have no idea how much later this hit actually comes into play 3) Illegal hit - this one looks like it was applied pressur...

Just to add my 2 pence - Congrats to England so far, its a demanding schedule against some of the top US college teams and they'll only come away from this with a lot of experience and a good idea of what to work on for the wolrd championships.

Good luck in your remaining games lads

I'm sure UK Lacrosse can add some info to this but it wouldn't surprise me if this was made by Cascade for Warrior. There are too many similarities right down to the face mask design, chin piece and the fixings used

Just had an email from Mike Chennell about forthcoming south ref courses, there is one down at Purley on 8th November, this is probably closest to you guys I would have thought (though there is also one at Cambridge on 25th Oct and Plymouth on 18th Oct).

Hope that helps

As an ex Herts player (and I still work at the uni) I can add that the Herts Lax team knew nothing about this being arranged other than what had been posted on the forum. Its my guess that this wasn't a case of any specific team hosting and more to do with a venue location from the coaching point of...

Nike Pro Combat

I came across this while browsing the web:

Doesn't really interest me but I thought I'd share it just in case it was useful to anyone else :)

Speaking as one of the ex- Herts players the key issue this year is BUCS and Welwyn. With a number of key players playing in the BUCS wednesday team and then furthering their development with Welwyn it has seen a negative impact on the Comets SEMLA team. However this year saw a number of unexpected ...

When we ordered Kit for the club we also allowed players to order their own personal tops. They had teh option of with or without surnames but where told they could not have nicknames. I can see both sides of the argument but I think for a University team, somewhere you're likely to only stay for 3 ...

Yes as I said I don't know 100% the ins and outs either but it would be my guess that the fact that Canterbury where making the trip up to Welwyn and our game was vs a team only a few miles away may have played a part in the decision - ie. better to guarantee the match for the team travelling the fu...

I'm fairly certain Welwyn were in communication with Hitchin from wednesday or thursday beforehand trying to come to an agreement if the pitch was unplayable, including a change of time to enable both matches to be played at the same pitch, bearing in mind the low temperatures and general weather wa...

BIshops Stortford is pretty much equal distance from either Hitchin or Welwyn lacrosse clubs. I'm sure you'd be welcome at either.

PM me if you want any info about Welwyn.

Just to add to the Herts Vs. Bath match. Herts have been struggling most of the season to field a SEMLA team due to a number of injuries and a number of their BUCS players play for other teams on Saturday. We are in discussion with them on how to help them attract and retain new players. A Big sorry...

Hi, Do you know where in London you'll end up staying? I'm sure you'll get a lot of replies from many teams all offering you the opportunity to play with them. Head over to the SEMLA website here: http://www.southlacrosse.org.uk/nearest.html and input the postcode of you'll be staying in, this will ...
