Re: Hall of Fame

The Blues have a few candidates for commitment to the game: John Wigmore, Paul Evans, Rob Collinge, Bernie Daniels, Amit Biswas (although Amit has a few years less than the others) EG/Blues/Purley - Justin Baranowski Ian Ballantine needs to make up for those years spent playing Other sports before I...

Re: Results - Saturday 02 April 2011

I've got a feeling that we know who the 11th team might possibly be in the Premiership next season, but who might possibly be the twelfth? Portsmouth? It'd surely have to be cambridge. Just because they couldnt do the playoff match doesn't mean they weren't worthy winners of east 1 That's a fair po...

Re: Results - Saturday 02 April 2011

There's a discussion in EG about asking SEMLA not to promote our A team. I'm not sure how having 2 teams in 1 division would be much use to anyone involved.

However, yet to be decided.

Re: Results - Saturday 19 March 2011

Whoever goes down it will be a shame. This season has been competitive between most teams. We've lost to Hitchin twice, but beaten teams above us. We've actually given all the teams a good go, probably with the exception of the Blues. ...and if it wasn't for Birkett on the face I think we'd have giv...

Hal, I assume you are a regular contributor to laxforums but wish to cause offence without anyone knowing who you are. If you have concerns with a ref this is not the place to argue your corner. Refer it to SEMLA, if you can't be bothered to do this, then I think it unfair to bad-mouth on the Intern...

In which case, I would suggest Spencer accept the decision and the probable additional disciplinary action. Sounds like they only have themselves to blame.

Trevor is one of the most experienced refs around, he officiates fairly and consistently.
