Re: Results 02 March 2013

I think based on this season Bristol deserved to be in the final more than us here in Birmingham. Availability and cancellations this season have been a real issue for us. I think it's now a matter of finishing the season, avoid relegation and start planning for next year. Good luck Bristol Still w...

Re: Should we move SEMLA to the Summer?

I think the ''hardened drinking whilst still committed to playing lacrosse' generation grew up... and the 'Facebook lol-generation' would rather be sensitive to their girlfriends and have never learnt how to be a bloke in their mid-twenties because twitter hasn't told them. Only a few years ago ther...

Re: Should we move SEMLA to the Summer?

We should change to the summer, several seasons have been spoilt by the weather and I think lacrosse in the south needs a boost... This could be it. To the doubters... - there's loads of places to play that aren't cricket grounds. Football & rugby clubs perhaps? - since when have the MPC had any...

Re: England Opportunity Missed

It's going to take a few years of these events to get the South players to become hopeful of selection. Most of the players know they are not good enough to play for England. I think being realistic might be the main barrier to mass participation. Social media is one thing, but in lacrosse I have fo...

Re: Results 27th Oct

Always nice to beat Welwyn Ouch. No need to be rude! It was a fun game, good natured throughout, very nice bunch of guys. Welwyn never really got going, but EG had some great finishes. Is that the easiest nibble ever? Not rude, just a decent history of good aggressive competitive games over the las...

No Surrey Team???

Purley, Blues, Epsom, Holloway and Imperial - was there not 10 players between 5 clubs (7 teams) who might have enjoyed this?

Re: Results 03 March 2012

Don't complain - if this was the case Bristol would still be in West 1, and EG in the Prem. debatable :P Have to say that i dont see any problem with the bottom team being relegated. It happens in all sport and only seems fair that the team with the least points no longer remains in their league. A...
