Portsmouth v Brum called off. I don't know why, I believe everything was fine on our side of things. Unsure if it's going to be points or rescheduled

Re: Results - 15 October 2011
Portsmouth travelled badly expecting poor opposition? (not to discredit birmingham, just musing) Not far off. We've basically pulled an Arsenal this season, with the core of our midfield (and Kiddo) having moved on to greener pastures. We have enough players coming up from the second team to cover ...

Re: Mentality and Equipment
Size of the goal makes a difference I'd have thought. Ice hockey goalies are taking advantage of the small goal by trying to fill as much of it as possible. Our goalies will never be able to fill the space effectively and still remain dexterous enough to cover whatever net is still exposed. In contr...

Dammit. Had I known that I would have thrown my hat into the ring. I'd be about as popular

Helmets are normally shipped directly from the states anyway, so you might be better off paying a favourable exchange rate + tax

Pros and cons I guess. I've always found stiff heads better for ground balls and they're not likely to warp after a season.

Re: ESPN America : Lacrosse on TV
Just got up early to find they've replaced the 'cuse game with an NHL rerun. What a joke. It's annoying when they do that, I remember a few times last year when they completely rearranged things. I think i lucked out though. I double checked it last night about midnight before heading to bed and re...

Re: South England Universities Trials/Info
but I would say that overall there was a disappointing lack of interest from a few good teams. E.g. no one able to make trials from oxford, exeter, brighton, portsmouth. Can't speak for the other teams we had a lot of interest. But students being students, most of them had to make the call between ...

Will have to confirm that though
