Re: Results 23rd Feb
Shame that a Premier one team has to concede a game Guessing Sheffield involved in the national uni championships. http://www.englishlacrosse.co.uk/national-university-lacrosse-championships/ Brooklands were missing a few players due to their involvement for Leeds Uni. Strange weekend to organise t...

Re: BUCS 20/2/13
Oxford 13 - Sheffield 6 Quarter scores (I think) Q1: 5 - 2 Q2: 4 - 1 Q3: 2 - 1 Q4: 2 - 2 Correct according to the official scorecard. Thanks for keeping me warm with some quick transitions. My highlight of the game was being questioned by an Oxford Maths Student if I could explain what I meant by p...

Re: A Lacrosse Blog from someone relatively new to the game.
An interesting take on getting involved as an offical. And i'd go one step further suggesting you go from knowing the rules to understanding them and how they are applied. As a Aber grad (2001-2004) myself i don't think i ever remember us having a referee let alone a CBO However i'd like to state fo...

Re: Should we move SEMLA to the Summer?
I do prefer refereeing in the warm sunshine (but doesnt always happen in the summer here!) Would be a big issues clashing with the Worlds/Euros. What about club cohesion for clubs that are joint Men and Women, they would essentially never see each other. If NEMLA didn't do the same what would happen...

Re: First Episode: University of Manchester Lacrosse Documen
Apart from a few bits of camera work making me feel sick not a bad effort. Would slightly disagree with the comment that the UK University and US College system are 'just a little different' you talked about good points after that but i would say a massive difference! Will definitely be watching out...

I've been busy last week working out all the games and tournaments i can/cannot do for the rest of this season and trying to wo...

Re: ATTENTION ALL SEMLA CLUBS
Thanks Trevor - great clarity and guidance. Big thanks to SEMLA for sorting out a problem not of their making. Not sure how you can say its not a problems of SEMLA's making? SEMLA are a sub committee of MPC which is a Sub committee of the ELA executive, therefore SEMLA is the ELA? As are every memb...
