Probably best to speak to Jon Cooper for a definitive answer but usually for the premiership the final date is the Sunday before the sixes & the prem vs East/West game is played i.e. 21st April this year. East1/West1 would usually be Sunday before East/West playoff i.e. 7th April East 2/3 & ...

The English lacrosse website shows the referee pathway which includes costs and requirements. No info on course dates at present but there is a contact form here.

I don't have one to hand to measure right now, but yes if the dimensions are legal (see rules 15.2, 15.6, 15.7) Remember that they are not designed with the demands of the mens game in mind and so may be more easily damaged etc. You would probably also need to use a womens shaft as I am pretty sure ...
