I watched him play at the Cannons vs Bayhawks game at Navy stadium. He was definitely the guy that everyone watched, he made the Bayhawks defence look stupid everytime. I now understand why he uses the swim move so much, because not only does it work for him but it also makes the defence try to go f...

His shot...crazy. He has aligator arms but he snaps his wrists so hard which makes it really powerfull and possibly more accurate. His dodging is crazy aswell but I do think he uses the swim move way to much when he would be better of jus...

You could always go to your local store and see what they say there. They will usually know what they are talking about.

Tight shooters are a bonus aswell so you can rake the ball out and have the maxium hold with your pocket.

Proton +. Just like an AV8 but much more durable and (I think) a bit lighter. It is all down to preference, no one can really tell you what to get because it might not be the right head for you, just look at different heads and see what you like and also ask the best defenders at your club what they...

American mesh with a tight channel, to be honest it all depends on the way you face off. Most players prefer mesh, however trad can be good aslong as it is strung for facing (Wider channel around the middle of the pocket and more string to grip the ball).

I practise shooting about an hour a day (depends on the weather!) and I do try different ways of shooting as well as drills. I've been watching Paul Rabil recently and he's an absolute beast at on the run shooting. He shoots with alligator arms but he has an absolute rocket of a shot. I've heard tha...

Haha I love Talladega Nights! "Hakunamatata, b*tches!" Jean Girard " I'm also thinking about getting a gun, and dealing crack. Being a crack dealer. Not, like, a mean crack dealer, but like... like a nice one. Kinda friendly, like, "Hey, what's up guys? You want some crack?"...

I saw one of these shafts at the BNC's it was really light but still has the Exo Grid stuff in it.

I've got the Genisys with the 18month warranty, but the 12 months on the Rogue is still longer than others.

Really like the dye...if only it was black, white and orange lol.

Might have to try some of the mesh to see how it is.

Stringing is nice as per usual chris.

What do you think about the Torque Pro?

Some more fundamental tips. Rember, if you don't recieve a pass off your cut, look to set a pick and if there isn't a pick to set just 'J' out (your cut should look like a J). If your defender is facing you as you start your cut, split off your defender but keep your stick near to your body (Don't r...
