Re the use of forums - this medium had its day and its gone. For our summer league, we pushed marketing through facebook, word of mouth and here. Practice is on, again from 1900h onwards on Clapham Common behind the Windmill Pub. Timely after the England game.

We will work on stick skills and conditioning with at least two stations for practice.

All players from all levels and clubs are invited, practice is free.

Based on personal experience across all divisions: 10 teams/18 games frequently leaves players burnt out -> too many teams 9 teams/ 16 games -> by week often not helpful. Reffing candidates from other clubs will likely just take the weekend off. Eight teams sounds about right for anything outside of...
